The Angel of Cacao is a very smooth and uplifting cacao! The flavor is sooo wild and strong yet balanced across every taste, so nothing is overpowering. It feels luxurious to eat by itself even. High fat content which is great because it has more nutrients, and can hold its own in a drink without the need of addition fat to make it creamy. when I got the block I ate about 40g straight and almost couldn’t stop!! There aren’t many cacaos you can eat straight without the need of something else. It feels like to the body and clean and invigorating energy to the system.
