7-Day Deep Detox (Full Moon Cleanse)

A monthly ritual to reset, release & realign

Hey legends,

I’ve been wanting to share this with you for a while now—and here it is. A simple but powerful 7-day detox you can do each month around the full moon, when your body is naturally primed to release what it’s been holding on to.

 

This isn’t some intense crash cleanse or a starvation mission. It’s more like giving your body a reset button. A bit of space to let go of the gunk—physically, mentally, emotionally.

 

And it’s surprisingly easy to follow.

The Protocol (Simple & Effective)

 

Morning:

1. Redox Revive – 1 tsp

• Mix with warm water + lime/lemon or orange juice (vitamin C helps it work better).

• Add honey if you like the taste sweeter. Drink it through a straw to protect your teeth.

2. ~30 mins later:

Quenda Ultimate Fibre – 2 scoops

• Mix with water (warm or cold).

• Tip: Split the dose into 2 rounds a few minutes apart—it makes it easier to get down. Paratox – Parasite herbs

• You can add this to your Quenda drink or take it separately 10 mins before food.

4. 2 hours after Paratox:

TobyYo’s Detox Dust – 1 tsp

• Mix with water. This pulls out toxins, heavy metals, and anything your body’s ready to release.

• Super important part of the process.

• A second round of Quenda in the afternoon (on an empty stomach).

• An extra serve of Detox Dust later in the day.

• Another round of Paratox if you feel called—but 1x daily is enough for most.
